Chapter & Verse is an exclusive RESERVE vintage red blend named in honor of those who love to enjoy their wine with a good book. The soft tannins and dry finish make this the perfect red blend.

TASTING: Light bodied. This fruit-forward blend will provide notes of peppercorn and blackcurrant on the nose with rich, dark cherries and boysenberries on the palate.

PAIRING: Pair this blend with gnocchi with a sage and butter sauce or even with prosciutto and Tuscan salami for a pre-dinner appetizer. AGING: 18 months in French oak barrels
