This fruit-forward blend offers a beautiful taste of boysenberry, plum, blackberry, and dark cherry. It is as rich as it is smooth. You will fall in love with the balanced texture, and the full mouth finish. The flavors will linger long after you set your glass back on the table. The low acid and bright nose make this the perfect companion for any meal or occasion.

VARIETAL: 70% Sangiovese, 16% Petite Verdot,  8% Malbec, 6% Tempranillo

AGING: 22 months in French oak barrels

To make this amazing recipe we blend it with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from McClain Cellars along with fresh herbs and spices to bring a balanced flavor and elegant touch.
