We are proud to offer the McClain olive oil and vinegar here at McClain Cellars. We are not one to offer other brands but the olive oil comes from the same soils as our wines. Our olive oils are all California grown, hand-pressed and cold picked. The olives are raised from trees on the same soils that our wines come from in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County. Our balsamic vinegar is age and imported from Modena Italy. Enjoy these amazing creations from Jason & Sofia McClain.
