We season this one with California Lemon Peel, Garlic Pepper (Salt Free), Lemon Rosemary Sea Salt, Fresh Rosemary, and Basil Olive Oil.We only use white hulless corn from Amish country. Our popcorn is non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, tree nut and peanut free, dairy free, and lactose-free. Grown, manufactured, and packed in America. To make this amazing recipe we blend it with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from McClain Cellars along with fresh herbs and spices to bring a balanced flavor and elegant touch. We never add butter or artificial flavors to our popcorn. It’s just…. good stuff!

2018 Five Hearts Reserve (Library Edition)

Five Hearts is farmed from the Santa Ynez Valley of California. It is named after the five members of the McClain Family: Jason, Sofia, Kayla, Savanna, and Mackenzie. This limited release of a unique red wine blend is handcrafted with love and passion. It is a medium-bodied blend with soft tannins that settle down after the first taste. It is a remarkable and complex wine that changes with every taste.

VARIETAL:  57% Petite Sirah | 27% Sangiovese | 16% Merlot

AGING:  22 months in French oak barrels

VINEYARD: Santa Ynez Valley

PAIRING: It's perfect to pair with a nice filet mignon or lamb chops with sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and grilled vegetables.

ALC: 15.5% by vol.

Named After: We named this on after our family of Five (5). Jason, Sofia, Kayla, Savanna, and Mackenzie. This is our family. It is designed to show the love and appreciation that a family who cares about each other should always show. It's my purpose. It's my family. Now... it's yours as well. I've been waiting to dedicate a wine to my wife and children. It has to be "just so" before I can do that.
