Savanna Grace is a delightful, crisp, and fruit-forward wine from the Estelle Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. You will fall in love with the bouquet of flavors you pick up as you raise your glass.
TASTING: Light & crisp with a taste of honeycomb and green apples on the nose. Jolly ranchers, mango, lemongrass, honeysuckle, and pears on the palate. It’s a heavier Sauvignon Blanc than others.
PAIRING: Arugula and Melon Salad with Crisp Prosciutto.
AGING: 22 months in neutral oak barrels
VINEYARD: Estelle Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley
VARIETAL: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
ALC: 14.5% by vol.
