PAIRING:  Italian sausage with lentils and ciabatta toast.  Barbequed ribs, pepperoni pizza, or Italian pasta with a rich meat sauce.

AGING:  22 months in French oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Barbera 61.25% | Sangiovese 13.69% Mourvedre 25.06% 

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley        

ALC:  14.21% by vol.
