11 Things to do in Laguna Beach: March 2019

Since 1927, Laguna Beach has been a hot destination for travelers across the globe. Laguna boasts plentiful events, beautiful weather, and surroundings of more than 20,000 acres of protected wilderness. So, it’s no surprise that when I set out to find the best setting for our wine tasting lounge, there was no question! We are so happy and blessed to call Laguna Beach home and offer the most unique wine tasting experience to all of you!

Whale-Watching Cruises

There are many locations across the beach to enjoy live music during the evening, such as The Cliff Restaurant, The White House, Skyloft, and of course, McClain Cellars. We can’t wait to see you!

One of the World’s Smallest Cathedrals

St. Francis by the Sea (1933) is the world’s second smallest cathedral, at just 1,008 square feet. It seats 42 people and makes for a great photo opp.

Sunset Concerts

These lovely concerts are free and happen every Friday evening from May to September. You’ll experience some lovely music as you watch a gorgeous sunset over the Pacific ocean. This breath-taking activity is not to be missed.

Farmer’s Market

Every Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm you will have the opportunity to support local farmers and get your hands on delicious freshly baked bread, locally grown organic produce, beautiful flowers, and much more!

Diver’s Cove Sea Life Exploration

This beautiful corner of the world is near Picnic Beach. If you enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, or just want to step outside your comfort zone and try a new sport, this activity is perfect for you.

Short Hike and Picnic

Along the trail leading to Alta Laguna Park, you can see the stunning view of Laguna Beach’s coastline, the canyon, and all of the buzzing activity below. Take a picnic basket and prepare for a laid-back adventure.

Fire Pit Gathering

Aliso Beach Park is the only beach with fire pits in town. Talk about a memorable (and cozy) activity to experience with your friends and family. The fire pits fill up quickly though, so try and get there early to avoid disappointment.
