PAIRING:  Enchiladas with mole sauce, or a creamy mushroom-based pasta with truffles.

AGING:  22 months in French oak barrels

VARIETAL:  100% Petite Verdot

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley        

ALC:  15.1% by vol.

NAMED AFTER:  The road to opening up the winery.  This was Jason and Sofia’s ‘’Painted Dream’’.
