TASTING:  Enjoy the touch of butterscotch, baked cherry, dates, raspberries, rosemary, and vanilla with a subtle spice that finishes smooth. 

PAIRING:  Enchiladas with mole sauce, or a creamy mushroom-based pasta with truffles.

AGING:  36 months in 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrels

VARIETAL:  100% Petite Verdot

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley        

ALC:  15.7% by vol.
