Poetic Vine is our first white reserve.  This white wine is an absolutely beautiful white blend that is truly complex and fruit-forward. It offers a touch of honeydew, pears, vanilla, and caramel with a full mouthfeel and low acidity.

VARIETAL: Viognier 59% | grenache Blanc 33% | Verdelho 6% | Rousanne 1% | Loureiro 1%

VINEYARD: Santa Ynez Valley, CA

PAIRING: This reserve white blend pairs well with a variety of different dishes. Try it with a lentil and tomato curry or Poached salmon over an arugula salad.

AGING: 18 months in French oak barrels

ALC: 14.5% by vol.

NAMED AFTER: The name of this wine pays tribute to Jason McClain’s college days where he studied romantic literature.

Our first white wine reserve. This is an absolutely beautiful white blend. A truly fruit-forward wine with a touch of honeydew, pears, vanilla, and caramel. Offers a full mouthfeel with low acidity.

This brilliant white wine blend offers a delightful full mouthfeel with a silky texture and a smooth finish. 

This reserve white blend pairs well with a variety of different dishes. Try it with a lentil and tomato curry.
