TASTING:  Easy to drink and light-bodied. Starting with a fruit-forward nose with a hint of blackberries, plum, and aromas of chocolate. It has the characteristics of bolder wines without heavy tannins or acidity.

PAIRING:  Pasta with Bolognese Sauce

AGING:  36 months in 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrels

VARIETAL:  75% Merlot | 25% Sangiovese

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley
