We only use white hulless corn from Amish country. Our popcorn is non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, tree nut and peanut free, dairy free, and lactose-free. Grown, manufactured, and packed in America. To make this amazing recipe we blend it with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from McClain Cellars along with fresh herbs and spices to bring a balanced flavor and elegant touch. We never add butter or artificial flavors to our popcorn. It’s just.... good stuff!

Poetic Vine  is an absolutely beautiful white blend that is truly complex and fruit-forward. It offers a touch of honeydew, pears, vanilla, and caramel with a full mouthfeel and low acidity.

VARIETAL: Vermentino 25%  | Verdelho 25% | Arneis 25% | Sauvignon Blanc 25%

VINEYARD: Santa Ynez Valley, CA

PAIRING: This reserve white blend pairs well with a variety of different dishes. Try it with a lentil and tomato curry or Poached salmon over an arugula salad.

AGING: 36 months in French oak barrels

ALC: 15.3% by vol.

NAMED AFTER: The name of this wine pays tribute to Jason McClain’s college days where he studied romantic literature.
