Kayla’s Crush is a beautiful twist to an uncommon varietal. Designed to be heavier than other Cabernet Francs, this blend will show how easy it is to fall in love with a great glass of wine.   

TASTING:  Easy to drink and medium-bodied. Starts with a fruit-forward nose with a hint of blackberries, plum, and aromas of chocolate. It has characteristics of boulder wines without heavy tannins or acidity.

PAIRING:  Lobster Ravioli

AGING:  22 months in French oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Cabernet Franc 77% , Cabernet Sauvignon 23% 

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley ALC:  14.8% by vol.

NAMED AFTER:  The oldest daughter of Jason & Sofia McClain, Kayla McClain.  A beautiful and sophisticated soul.
