To make this amazing recipe we blend it with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil from McClain Cellars along with fresh herbs and spices to bring a balanced flavor and elegant touch. Dream Keeper Gold Reserve Sparkling Rose Wine is designed to inspire, energize, and engage the senses. This sparkling Rose’ is fruit-forward and offers a soft bubble and notes of florals and fruits. It is beyond refreshing.

TASTING: A great example of a soft sparkling Rose’ wine that offers hints of various fruits on the first sip. It has a smooth bubble, a silky texture, and a bright finish. Enjoy flavors of strawberry, watermelon, cherry, and hints of floral.

PAIRING: Pairs great with fatty or fried foods like creamy risotto, BBQ ribs, or fried chicken while complimenting lighter items like a fresh salad, sushi, seafood, and soft cheese.
