How Does it Work
Fill out the request form below and we will get the ball rolling. Pick out a couple of dates that work well for you and start inviting your friends, coworkers, and those that really love great wine. We will come to you with a complete setup ready to show you an amazing experience.
After we confirm the time and place, our team will come to your home or office ready and willing to pour our amazing wine with your friends and family. For us to come out to you we only require that you, together with your guests, acquire no less than 4 cases of wine and pay a fee for the Wine Ambassador. If you acquire 6 cases or more during the event then the fee for the Wine Ambassador is waived. The fee, if you only want 4 cases of wine, is $500 for non-wine club members and $350 for wine club members. * This fee will vary for more guests in your group.

The Fine Print
The more guests you have, the more staff we will need to bring to your home. The minimum number of cases is divided among all of your guests who are in attendance. It matters not which bottles you or your guest purchase as long as collectively you hit the minimum. You can mix and match bottles. Your guests can join the wine club and obtain discounts as well. There is a minimum staff fee based on the number of guests that you have in your group. The staff fee is 100% waived as long as, collectively, you go over the number of cases listed above.

What would life look like if we came to you with a private chef and an amazing wine tasting experience? That’s right, we are ready to show you just how wonderful it is to have a private in-home experience with your own private chef and winemaker to show you around.
Start off your evening with an artisan cheese and charcuterie creation and an elegant glass of McClain Cellars wine, while your guests arrive for this inspired culinary adventure. Next, sit down to a sublime flavor journey of a four-course meal thoughtfully paired with a selection of world-class wines. Each course is paired with a different wine. Your wine tasting just jumped to the next level. While enjoying Chef’s gastronomic delights, our Wine Ambassador will walk you through an inspired flight of wines that is sure to please your palate.
This add-on is $2500 for up to 12 guests and includes our Resident Chef, artisan cheese & charcuterie platter, and a 4-course gourmet meal. Dinners typically last about 2 hours.
Learn how to cook like a Pro
Wine Cooking Class
Have you ever wanted to learn how to cook from a private chef in the comfort of your home? You’ll learn all the tips, tricks, and techniques on how to cook gourmet dishes like a pro. We start off each event with a glass of wine accompanied by an artisan cheese and charcuterie platter, giving you and your guests some time to socialize and get an overview of the day’s menu from the Chef. Next, we go into the kitchen, where all the recipe stations are prepped and ready to go for hands-on cooking fun. Cooking time usually lasts for 60-90 minutes before we sit down to a delicious multi-course gourmet meal (prepared by you) with stellar wine pairings.
Yes, you can create an amazing meal in your kitchen and experience a 5-star evening that you will never forget. Become a chef for a day and learn exactly how to pick out the right flavors to go with the perfect wine.
This add-on is $3000 for up to 12 guests and includes our Resident Chef, artisan cheese & charcuterie platter, 4-course gourmet meal, recipes for the meal (sent in digital format), McClain Cellars apron (to keep).
Enjoy a Private Tasting with Jason McClain
Proprietor's Private Tasting
If you really want to have a wine tasting experience that is second to none, then invite our Founder, Jason McClain, to your home for an evening that will be second to none. Depending on where you live, Jason will fly his plane with one of our Wine Ambassadors and he will personally walk you through the collections of wines. You will hear the story behind how it was made, what the labels mean, and discover the true inspiration behind the label. “Moments matter,” Jason says. This will be an evening that you will never forget. There is no subject that is off-limits.
This add-on is $2500 for up to 12 guests and includes lodging if needed, travel costs fuel, and transportation to your home or office. The time with Jason varies and will last as long as it needs to.
