This White Wine, with its zesty and vibrant character, is the taste of that very moment—a bright, beautiful, and instantaneous chance to create something new. It’s a reminder to keep your heart open and your eyes clear, for you never know when opportunity will present itself.

TASTING:  Crisp and fruit-forward, this white wine blend has a taste of green apple, tangerine, and a touch of caramel. 

PAIRING:  Crab cakes and grilled asparagus with lemon, olive oil, and feta.

AGING:  20 months in neutral oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Sauvignon Blanc 45% | Albarino 30% | Chardonnay 12.5% | Grenache Blanc 12.5%

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley ALC:  14% by vol.

NAMED AFTER:  The 1976 song by the Isley Brothers:  ‘’Summer Breeze’’.  This was the song playing on the radio when Jason first fell in love.
