TASTING: Light to medium-bodied. Fruit-forward aromas and deep flavors of boysenberry, dark cherry, and blackberry wrapped around dense tannins for an intense finish.

PAIRING: Roast pork, barbecued meats, and spicy bean or meat chili. The wines flavor is also enhanced by bold spices like allspice, cloves, cinnamon, chill pepper, and cocoa. When it comes to vegetables, try combining the wine with mushrooms, eggplant, beans, and peppers.
