TASTING:  Medium-bodied.  Strong fruit-forward aroma on the nose that reminds you of a jar of jam. Explore the touch of rich blackberries, black cherries, light pepper, and a hint of cacao.

PAIRING:  Great with seafood cioppino, cajun jambalaya, gumbo, or a shrimp paella.  This wine’s natural fruit compliments pasta, lasagna, pizza, or any Italian, Spanish or cajun dish.

AGING:  36 months in 80% French oak and 20% American barrels

VARIETAL:  100% Petite Sirah
