TASTING:  Easy to drink and light-bodied.  Starting with a fruit-forward nose with a hint of blackberries, plum and aromas of chocolate. It has characteristics of bolder wines without the heavy tannins or acidity.

PAIRING:  Pasta with Bolognese Sauce

AGING:  22 months in French oak barrels

VARIETAL:  80% Merlot | 20% Sangiovese 

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley ALC:  14.6% by vol.
