PAIRING:  Italian sausage with lentils and ciabatta toast.  Barbequed ribs, pepperoni pizza, or Italian pasta with a rich meat sauce.

AGING:  20 months in 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Barbera 50% | Mourvedre 33% | Sangiovese 17%
