Summer Breeze is derived from the Estelle Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. This limited release of a Grenache Blanc is handcrafted with love and passion. You will fall in love with the delightful bouquet of flavors you will pick up as you raise your glass. This crisp and very fruit-forward white wine blend changes with every taste. Enjoy the taste of apples, caramel, honeysuckle, and pears.

PAIRING:  Watermelon salad with goat cheese, grilled shrimp, and a balsamic reduction.

AGING: 20 months in neutral oak barrels
