Sacred Love is an exclusive RESERVE vintage named after Sofia McClain, Jason’s ‘’Sacred Love’’.  This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a full and robust finish that will leave your palate wanting for more.

TASTING:  Explore the touch of cherries, boysenberries, and chocolate with a subtle hint of peppercorn.  After the first taste you might even be able to pick up a touch of coffee.

PAIRING:  Cream of mushroom soup.  Steak, lamb chops, or charbroiled chicken with sauted mushrooms, olives and grilled vegetables.

AGING:  20 months in 80% French oak and 20% American barrels

VARIETAL:  100% Cabernet Sauvignon

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley        

ALC:  14.8% by vol.
