Open Arms has soft hints of honeysuckle, pears, caramel, and granny smith apples in this limited release. This is a crisp and delightful Viognier with a twist from the Santa Ynez Valley. The fruit rises out of the bottle as it opens your palate on the first taste.

PAIRING: Pair this with pan-seared sea bass with pistachio butter alongside grilled hearts of romaine, red onions, lime, and a mango salsa dressing.
AGING: 20 months in neutral oak barrels
