Covent Garden is an exciting new BARREL PERFECTED RESERVE creation made to pay tribute to the years that the McClain family spent in London. The wine is as rich as it is smooth. Enjoy with those you love most.
TASTING: This fruit-forward wine offers a beautiful taste of fig, plum, honey, and blackberry. You will pick up nutmeg, clove, and ginger (baking spices) as well as dark cherry, boysenberry, and maple syrup on the palate.
The low acid and bright nose make this the perfect companion for any meal or occasion.
PAIRING: Pistachio-crusted rack of lamb with cauliflower mashed potatoes with haricot verts.
AGING: 30 months in 80% French oak and 20% American barrels
VARIETAL: 100% Malbec
