PAIRING:  Crab cakes and grilled asparagus with lemon, olive oil, and feta.

AGING:  22 months in neutral oak barrels

VARIETAL:  Sauvignon Blanc 71.08% |

 Arneis 14.46% | Vermentino 14.46%

VINEYARD:  Santa Ynez Valley ALC:  14.5% by vol.

NAMED AFTER:  The 1976 song by the Isley Brothers:  ‘’Summer Breeze’’.  This was the song playing on the radio when Jason first fell in love.
