TASTING: This fruit-forward wine offers a beautiful taste of dark cherry, fig, plum, and blackberry. The low acid and bright nose make this the perfect companion for any meal or occasion.
PAIRING: Pistachio-crusted rack of lamb with cauliflower mashed potatoes with haricot verts.
AGING: 22 months in French oak barrels
VARIETAL: 100% Malbec
VINEYARD: Santa Ynez Valley ALC: 15.7% by vol.
NAMED AFTER: The time the McClain family spent living in London’s theater district, ‘’Covent Garden’’.
