Have you ever dreamed of having a wine named after you?

Would you like to blend your wine?

Well, wait no more…… the time has arrived.

We are breaking into the barrels and bringing down samples of our next release of wines and we need your help. We are looking for the next great blend and want our member’s guests and fans to lend a hand.

We are so excited to have this awesome opportunity to let you become a strong and intimate part of the wine-making process at McClain Cellars. We are going to have so much fun blending our own bottles and just hanging out!

Every guest will have an opportunity to really get their hands and palette into the winemaking process. This is a red wine ONLY EVENT. We will pull barrels samples of 6 different red wines for you to work with. We will gather these wines into small beakers for you to work with them. We will also supply you with beakers for measuring, a notepad to write down what you like and do not like and a glass to sample with. You will then start blending and tasting until you’ve created the ultimate selection.

Once you have made your final blend, we will taste it and pick a winner. Each guest will get 1 bottle of the wine that they created to enjoy at home. After the blending, we will create the bottles of wine that you want to enjoy that you created. If you want more than one, just say the word… we got you!

Jason & Sofia will be on hand to help you through the blending process. The amazing thing is… there is no wrong answer. If you like it… it goes in a bottle.

Your ticket for this amazing wine-blending party will include the following:

Each guest will get (6) barrel samples of Red wine to blend and taste from our barrel collection.

Each guest will have a complete beaker set to use to help measure and create the wine blends.

A complete formula sheet to help you catalog what works and what does not work as you blend through these creations.

We will include (1) 750ml bottle of your own blend with your own name! (YES – You can order more if it is that good!)

A complete cheeses & charcuterie board is included with your ticket to enjoy.
